The best corporate governance practices that guide our conduct with ethics, transparency, social responsibility, and integrity across all our projects and relationships.
Our Principles
For Ambar, ethics means love for others—something we should understand and put into practice intuitively and naturally. When in doubt about what to do, ask yourself whether it could harm someone. If the answer is yes, don't do it. Ethical violations will not be tolerated.
We act with transparency in all our relationships, both within and outside Ambar, making data and information—in a satisfactory and accessible manner—available so that our social and environmental contributions and impacts can be assessed, with the exception of confidential information.
We recognize our responsibility for the results and impacts of our actions on the natural and social environment, and we will make every effort to understand and comply with the law and to voluntarily go beyond our obligations in any area relevant to the well-being of the community.
We will conduct all our activities with integrity, combating influence peddling and the offering or receiving of bribes by any individual or public or private entity. We will encourage our suppliers and partners to also combat corrupt practices.
"Anything you can't explain how you did—don't do it. If there are reasons not to explain it, there are reasons not to do it."
— Immanuel KantAmbar is a young and innovative company founded to integrate the construction ecosystem into a single journey. We believe that transparency and ethics must be at the heart of all our activities and relationships.
We are officially publishing Ambar's Code of Conduct, developed in accordance with best practices in corporate governance, which provides valuable guidance on how to conduct ourselves across our many projects—with a sense of responsibility toward society and respect for individuals.
It is not possible to transform society unless our conduct is exemplary at all times and in all places.
